Your call is booked.
We'll see you soon. Check your inbox in the next minute or two for your calendar invite and meeting link.
What happens next
Three things to expect before our call.
-
1
Calendar invite arrives in your inbox
You'll get a confirmation email with the meeting link, time, and an option to add the call to your calendar. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
-
2
Reply with the notice if you have one
If you've received a WorkSafe Improvement Notice, reply to the calendar invite with a copy attached. The earlier we can review it, the more useful the call will be.

We meet at the scheduled time
15 minutes. No charge. You'll leave the call with a clear view of what the notice requires, what it doesn't, and what your next step should be.
Make the call count
Have the notice nearby
The cited regulation, the inspector's belief, the compliance date, and the suggested control measures. If you can email it ahead, even better.
Know your deadline
Note the compliance date on the notice. If it's within 7 days, mention this in your reply so we can prioritise.
Brief context on your operation
Industry, site type, number of workers, and what the inspector observed. A two-line summary is plenty.
Your specific questions
What do you want to walk away knowing? Compliance path, challenge feasibility, cost, timeline. The clearer the question, the better the answer.

While you wait
Have a look around. We've published practical guidance on responding to notices, managing psychosocial hazards, and the questions WorkSafe inspectors actually ask.
