Your Legal Duty

Under Section 21(2)(e) of the OHS Act 2004, an employer contravenes the Act if they fail to provide:

“such information, instruction, training or supervision as is necessary to enable employees to perform their work in a way that is safe and without risks to health.”
— OHS Act 2004-S.21(2).(e)
